He was predeceased by: his parent Cecil M. Cook (Culp); and his son Robert Wayne. He is survived by: his wife Zelma Staggs; his daughter Annette Burris (Bob); and his granddaughter Lydia (Sam). He is also survived by great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
