He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Salisbury and Althea Salisbury; his son Mark Salisbury; his granddaughter Jamie Salisbury; his brother Glenn Salisbury; and his son-in-law Lawrence Fortney.
He is survived by: his wife Vivian Salisbury of Festus, MO; his daughters, Ann Marie Couser (David) of Phoenix, AZ and Elizabeth Popek (Dennis) of Fairview Heights, IL; and his stepchildren, Robert Salisbury (Illana) of Phoenix, AZ, Karleene Fortney-Pontius (Gerald) of Festus, MO and Joe Jackson (Susan) of Castle Rock, CO. He is also survived by five step-grandchildren; twelve step-great grandchildren and five step great-great grandchildren.
