She is survived by: her husband James Royal Lanham; her father Franklin Deland Russell; her children, Ryne J Russell (Roni) of Festus, Stephen Russell (Holly Hines) of Cadet and Mary (Harold Furlong) of Fulton; and her siblings, Randy P Russell and Gloria Russell Miller. She is also survived by 7 grand-children.
