He is survived by: his wife Connie Tolbert of De Soto; his children, Kyle Tolbert (Cayla) of Festus, Missouri, Brooke Holland (Josh) of Hillsboro and Madison Tolbert of De Soto, Missouri.; his grandchildren, Bailee Tolbert, Kaydin Thorne-Tolbert, Rebecca Tolbert, Morrigan Holland, Kyler Tolbert and Kian Holland; his sister Linda Randel; his mother-in-law Mabel Jennings; his stepfather G. W. Poole; and his stepsister Lesa Schutte (Kevin). He is also survived by Numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews, great-nieces great-nephews, cousins, and friends.
