He was predeceased by: his father Donald L. Kozloski. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Kozloski of Hillsboro, MO.; his sisters, Lisa Kozloski of Hillsboro and Elizabeth Mueller (Jason) of Eureka; and his nieces and nephews, Jessica Kozloski, Jackie Young, Jodie Bates, Jill Kozloski, Matt Warhover, Erin Bedwell, Martha Warhover, Alexis Nash, Linzey Hulsey, Clara Mueller and Gabriel Mueller.
