She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Rulo and Minnie Mary Rulo; her husband Jesse LeRoy Arndt; her grandson Brandon Francis; and her siblings, Geraldine Rulo, Estalene Rulo, Louise Howell, Christine Johnson, Cecilia Olsen, Alice Butler, James Rulo, David Rulo and Joseph "Buck" Rulo.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Arndt (Lynne), De Soto, Darrel Arndt, Madonna Sitze (Rick), Sharon Francis (Randy), Richard Arndt and Bruce Arndt (Suzanne) of Troy, NY. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren.
