Fowler (De Soto, Missouri), born in New York, New York, who passed away on September 11, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Fowler and Lillian Fowler; his wife Paulette "P. K." Fowler; and his stepmother Helen Fowler. He is survived by: his sons, Rock Fowler (Elena) of Austin, TX and Ty Fowler; his granddaughters, Aubrey Fowler and Emma Fowler; his siblings, Stephanie, Dee Dee, Janet, Shelby and Darl; his brother-in-law Tim Buehler (Cordie); and his cousins, Brenda Grimmett, John Grimmett, Tom Grimmett, Gary Snavely, Larry Lewis, Javen Harrold and Belarusian (family: Mikhail, Natalia Nechyaparenka).
