He is survived by: his wife Sharon Birkenmeier of Poplar Bluff, MO; his children, Kristie Gore (late Terry) of De Soto, MO, Jennifer Spruell (Christopher) of De Soto, MO, Jason Birkenmeier (Katie Doan) of Poplar Bluff, MO and Heidi Birkenmeier (Michael Johnston) of Poplar Bluff, MO; his grandchildren, Daniel, Alisha, Aaron, Angel, Breanne and Stella; and his siblings, Kathleen Parkhill, Nancy Birkenmeier-Katazemberger (Larry) of Arnold, MO, Brian Birkenmeier of De Soto, MO, Ronald Birkenmeier and Goose Creek. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
