He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Ethel "Chick" and Lindell Phillip "Dude" Rowe, Sr.; his wife Sylvia "Sibby" Rowe; his son Jason Rowe; his sister Susan Gail Rowe; and his brother-in-law Gerald Baxter.
He is survived by: his son Jeff Rowe; and his siblings, Carol Lynn Baxter of Minneapolis, MN, Lee Ellen Hogan (Don), Richard "Richie" Rowe (Dolores) and Stevan Rowe. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
