He is survived by: his wife Thelma; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Isenhour, Ron Bradley (Virginia), Shawna McMillon, Catie Vaughn Lovely, Rachel Foster (Josh), Melissa Williams (Lance), Megan Engleman (Josh), Michael McMillon (Hannah) and Matthew McMillon; and his nieces and nephews, Carl, Janice, Carol, Norma and Roger. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
