He is survived by: his wife Deborah Sue Weaver; his children, Alexis, Patrick, Jr., Emma and Marcella; and his siblings, Julie Weaver of Henderson, NV, Phillip Weaver (Margaret) of Columbia, SC, Mark Weaver (Sharon), Kevin Weaver (Susan), Arnold, Clarence Mason and De Soto. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
