She is survived by: her children, Angela "Angie" Merseal (James) and Gary D. Slemmer, Jr. (Alicia); her grandchildren, Lisa Robinson (Scott), Billy Tidwell (Jennifer) and Jeremy Tidwell; her great grandchildren, Brooke, Krystin, Marissa, Gillian, Lukas, Abel, Audrey, Makinna, Kyle and Quentin; and her stepdaughter Holly Clark of Park Hills. She is also survived by step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
