He is survived by: his wife Cheryl (Johnston); his children, Amanda Atwell (John), Michael Jeffrey (Amy) and Anthony (Margaret); his stepdaughters, Michelle McCabe (Jason) and Erica McCain; his grandchildren, Joshua Spruell, Aaron Huff, Alicia Huff, Emily Huff, Elizabeth Huff, Eric Spruell, Stephen Atwell, Alexandra Atwell, Michael Huff and Payton Huff; his stepgrandchildren, Maryah Derda of Courtney McCabe, Hughes McCabe and Breanna McCabe; and his siblings, Stephan Jamirson, Arlene Forsyth, Brenda Engel and Eva Willhite.
