He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille Marie and Max Edward Thost, Sr.; his wife Mary Ann Thost; and his sisters, Linda Valle Schneider and Helen Sansoucie.
He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Miller (Steve) of De Soto; and his granddaughters, Destiny Miller and Jennifer Thornton (Jeremy).
