She was predeceased by: her spouse Dee Troy Phipps; her parents, William C. Bernhardt and Celestine Bernhardt (Ross); and her siblings, David W. Bernhardt, William R. Bernhardt and Louise Muzzey.
She is survived by: her sons, Steven, John and Mark; her daughter-in-law Laura Phipps; and her grandchildren, Andrew, Caroline, Aaron Phipps and Zoei.
