She was predeceased by: her parents, William Frederick and Anna Mary Louise Schueler; her husband James E. McKay, Sr.; her daughter Marie Margaret McKay; and her sister Lillian Hetling.

She is survived by: her son James McKay, Jr.. She is also survived by several grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great grandchildren.
