She is survived by: her husband William Joseph "Joe" Couch of Pevely, MO; her children, David Couch (Wendy), Landstuhl, Germany, Daniel Couch (DeWitt) of Columbia, MO, Karey Couch of Fulton, MO, Kimberly Couch of Fulton, MO and Dale Couch (Mary) of Cedar Hill, MO; and her siblings, Betty Harrison (late Robert) of De Soto, MO, Delores Copeland (Herbert) of Horine, MO and Marshall Miller (Dina) of De Soto, MO.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
