He is survived by: his parents, Donald Francis and Frieda Francis; his wife Tina Francis of Crystal City; his children, Amber Francis of De Soto and Patrick Rodgers (Audra); his brother Robert Whitmore (Tonya) of Park Hills; and his stepfather John Bramlett of De Soto. He is also survived by two grandchildren; his father.
