She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Henderson and Lorraine Bertha Henderson; and her former husband Alvin Paul "A. P.". She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Dale Baldwin (Patricia) of Olympian Village, MO, Alvin Baldwin, Kathy Sampson (Bob Kincaid), Larronce Yvette Sampson (Rick) and Rae Jean Holmes (Joe); her grandchildren, Everette Sampson, Rory Kincaid, Jim Baldwin (Angie), Susan Schaeffer (Jeff), Jon Baldwin (Julie), Christopher Myers, Cassie Davis (Rikki), Steven Missey (Sam) and Jessica Smith; her sisters, Judy Parmelly of Cedar Hill, MO and Alice Bader (John) of Farmington, MO; her sister-in-law JoAnn Henderson; her husband Lawrence Everett "Smitty" Smith; her son-in-law David Sampson; her grandson Mike Baldwin; her siblings, Homer Henderson, Charles Henderson, Don Henderson, James Henderson and Bonnie Cowley; her brother-in-law Ron Parmelly; and her daughter-in-law Diane Baldwin. She is also survived by several grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren.
