She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Brown and Annalee Brown; her husband Calvin E. "Gene" Baker; her children, Karen McIntyre and Gary Baker; her siblings, Barbara Van Doren, Jacquelyn Howe and Paul Brown; and her brothers-in-law, Bruce Stelmach, Charlie Van Doren and Fred Howe.

She is survived by: her children, Hart Vernon (Lillian), Keith Vernon (Nancy), Linda Henry (Clay), De Soto, Ann Marie Houska (Chris), Fenton, Dr. Stephan Baker (Kim) and Jerome "Dean" Baker (Mary); her sisters, Mary Stelmach and Linda McGuire (Bill); and her sister-in-law Diane Brown. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren.
