He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph D. DeClue and Rachel DeClue; his wife Diann DeClue (Ray); and his sisters, Helen Wickerham and Mary Theresa DeClue.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Smith (John), Linn, Scott DeClue, Candace DeClue, Fenton, Crystal Martin (Dale) and Dylan DeClue; his grandchildren, Samantha, Jessica (Daniel), Natalie (Hutch), Fallon, Savannah, Noah, Allison and Ivy (Dustin); his great grandchildren, Kacy and Aliyah; and his sister Patsy Westhoff (Norman).
