He was predeceased by: his parents, Franjo Kendl and Elizabeta Kendl; his wife Phyllis L. Kendl; and his brothers, Charlie Kendl and Louie Kendl.
He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth Kendl (Nassy) of Morrison, CO and Chris Kendl (Trinna) of Lafayette, LA; his sister Mary Breihan of De Soto, MO; his grandchildren, Alexander Kendl (Regina), Robert Kendl, Julia Byram (Hunter) and Sarah Keene (Andrew); and his great grandchild Grayson Kendl-Byram.
