He is survived by: his brother Jack Spegal; his children, Russell Spegal (Donna), Janet Dearing (Kenneth Sr.) and Laura Brockman (Gary); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Jennifer, Melissa, Samantha, Kenneth Jr. and Jonathan; and his great grandchildren, Heidi, Noah, Madilynn, Olivia, Morgan, Tucker, Reagan, Charlotte and Colton. He is also survived by many other cousins, nieces and nephews, and dear friends.
