He was predeceased by: his parents, Aloysius J. "Al" Koch and Maude Koch; his former wife Lois Koch; his wife Roberta "Bertie" Koch; his son-in-law Harley Hedley; and his siblings, Kathleen Higgins (Gordon), Robert Koch (Alice), Donnell "Deno" Koch (Betty Jean) and Frank Koch (Marilyn).
He is survived by: his children, Julie Hedley, De Soto, Jim Koch (Linette) and Lori Koch of Phoenix, AZ; his grandchildren, Amber Link (Brandon) and Raymond Koch; his great grandchild Alyce Link; and his close friend Kim "Stalker" Walker.
