He is survived by: his adoptive father Lewis A. Gill; his father Lewis Gill of Boss, MO; his son Trenton Gill of Potosi, MO; his brother Brian Lewis of Uncasville, CT; his sons, Dustin and Austin; his grandmother Fay Ethel Lewis (Tanya Brewer) of De Soto; his uncle Bob Powers; and also, Samantha and Jessica. He is also survived by several cousins, friends, and extended family.
