She is survived by: her children, David Higgins of Washington State, Rob Higgins (Sherry) of Fenton, MO and Jamie Higgins of Mineral Point, MO; and her grandchildren, Erica Higgins, J. J. Higgins, Stephanie Higgins, Josh Higgins and Amanda Higgins. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
