He is survived by: his wife Ellen Maxine Acord; his daughters, Ellen Akins (Mark), De Soto, Michele Ahlers (Tim), Hillsboro Amsden and Marleisa Amsden (Gabe); his grandchildren, James Akins (Stephanie), Jordan Akins, Cody Dierkes, Colin Dierkes, Preston Amsden and Molly Amsden; and also Hillsboro.
