He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Franklin "Frank" and Bessie Mae Westfall; his sons, Bob Westfall and Bryan Westfall; and his sisters, Virginia McGinnis, Ada Balter and Naomi Tucker.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Lee Westfall; his friend Stephanie Votran; his granddaughters, Whitney Stephenson (Sam) and Meckenzie Westfall; and his great grandchildren, Brie and Brooke.
As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made to Pilgrim's Rest Baptist Church of the Jefferson County Cattlemen's Association to help support local 4-H and F.F.A. chapters.
