He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jake Embry and Edith Embry; his wife Jean Embry of De Soto, MO; his son Jake Embry St; his stepchildren, Jennifer Johnson (Aron) of Blackwell, MO and Daniel Penrod (Trish) of De Soto, MO; his children, Joann Embry and James Embry; and his grandson Matthew "Bub" Embry. He was also cherished by ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
