He is survived by: his grandparent Clara Kemper; his children, JoAnn Proffer of De Soto, MO, Harold Kemper, Jr., Mark Kemper of Chattanooga, TN, Donald Kemper of De Soto, MO, Gary Kemper of Brentwood, TN and Randy Kemper of De Soto, MO; his stepchildren, Virginia DuRain of Jacksonville, AR, Larry Levall of De Soto, MO, Linda Levall of De Soto, MO, Mary Williams of Hamilton, GA, Becky Millinger (Ed), Kelly Thréanfhir of Ireland, Frank M. Williams (Jackie) and Steven T. Williams (Joan); and his niece Youn Ok Lee (Nathan Hamilton) of Chapel Hill, NC. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
