He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman Carr and Mary Marguerite Carr; his wife Mary Lou Carr; his daughter Dawn Carr; and his siblings, June Chillcote, Helen Stetler, Janet Dawson, Sandy Ziegler, Marjorie Hicks, Jim Carr and Dean Carr.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry White (Chad) of Geneva, IN, April Morris (Tim), Deborah Carr and Fred Carr, II; his grandchildren, Megan White, Andrew Vibbert (Kristi), Donald Vibbert (Ceonda), Caleb Morris (Madison), Kylie Morris, Melissa Riggs, Christopher Carr (Maggie) and Alexis Carr; his siblings, Mary Riley of Ohio City, OH, Patsy Halliwill of Scott, OH, Leona Parks of Van Wert, OH and Bill Carr of Ohio City, OH; and his son-in-law Andy Vibbert of Decatur, IN. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
