He was predeceased by: his parents, Lola and Arthur D. Rogers, Sr.; his wife Mary A. Rogers; his brother Arthur Rogers, Jr.; and his brother-in-law Norman Carrow.
He is survived by: his children, Sharon "Sherry" Dierks (Tim) of De Soto, MO, Frank E. "Eddie" Rogers, Jr., Dale Rogers (Kelly) and Jeff Rogers; his siblings, Beverly Carrow of Maryland Heights, MO, Charles Rogers (Nancy) of Ware, MO and Floyd "Bud" Rogers (Doris); and his sister-in-law Joyce Rogers of Dittmer, MO.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
