He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Huron and Ruby Mae Pendergrass; his wife Bernadine Gail Pendergrass; and his siblings, Mary Ruth Thurman (Jerry) and John Paul Pendergrass.
He is survived by: his children, Beverly Henslee (Randy), Dale Pendergrass (Tina) and Douglas Pendergrass (Starla); and his brother Robert "Sonny" Pendergrass (Dianna). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren.
