She was predeceased by: her parents, Gertrude Mae and Wallace D. Tierney; her husband Walter O. Thal; her daughter-in-law Sara Thal; her granddaughter Melissa Thal; her brothers, Norman Tierney and Ward Tierney; and her nephew Wally Tierney.
She is survived by: her children, Pat Albert-Wigbels (Dennis) and Walter Fred Thal; her grandchildren, Sarah Sprayberry, Jason Albert, Lynn Walker, David Thal and Jennifer Weddle; her great grandchildren, Sydney, Brooke Sprayberry, Carson, Camden Albert, Hugo, Leo Thal, Owen and Andrew Widdell; her nephew Wade Tierney; and her nieces, Ellen Roberts and Janice Baniak.
