He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Forshee (Patterson); his siblings, Wanda Mallery and Gary Forshee; his stepson Gary Lee Pinson Forshee; and his siblings-in-law, Allen Sansoucie and Josephine "Josie" Patterson.
He is survived by: his parents, Pearl Sr. and Chester "Chet" Forshee, Sr.; his significant other Robin Haverstick; his siblings, Catherine "Sis" Pennock (Kenneth), Judy Sansoucie, De Soto, Peggy Fessler (Rick), Valles Mines, Myra Lawson and Chet Forshee, Jr.; his stepdaughter Kathy Ames (Frank) of De Soto; his brothers-in-law, Gordon Mallery, Eldon Patterson, John Patterson and De Soto; and also Canton.
As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made to the De Soto Chapter of the St. Vincent DePaul Society.
