He is survived by: his wife Helen Campbell; his daughters, Teresa "Terri" Nunn (Ralph "Bucky") and Sharon Whittington (James Dale, Sr.); his grandchildren, Amy Lynn Heady (Carson), James Whittington, Jr., Margaret Hibbitts, Katherine Kemper (Michael), Nicole Campbell, David Matthew Campbell, III, Morgan Campbell (Kyle Dennis), Gregory Coffey and Brianna Campbell; and his great grandchildren, Madison Heady, Sidonia Heady, Sophia Kemper, Blake Kemper, Scarlett Rose Kemper, Lilly Campbell, Grayson Dennis and Kinsley Dennis.
