He is survived by: his parents, Dennis Whitby and Sandy Whitby; his wife Donna Whitby; his son Christopher Whitby of De Soto; his grandson Jaxton Whitby of De Soto; his sisters, Julie Whitby, Lisa Hastings (Clayton), De Soto and Tina Sikes (Mark); and his siblings-in-law, Deon Tweedy, Ed Bechler (Marsha), De Soto and Carol Cremer (Bill) of Centerville, UT. He is also survived by ten nieces and nephews and 13 great-nieces and nephews.
