He is survived by: his children, Mike Merseal (Kim) of De Soto, Jeff Merseal (Angie) of De Soto and Pam Bailey (Jeff) of De Soto; and his siblings, Eugene DeClue of Festus and Lucille Warden of De Soto. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
