She is survived by: her daughters, Alexandria Stults (Wesley) and Chelsea Johnson (Connor Quarles); her grandchildren, Leyton, Kaliliah and Adison; her siblings, Terri Ford (Terry Workman), Gertrude Stefanik of Sandusky, OH and David Moore (Pat) of Cambridge City, IN; and her friend Frank "Richard" Forshee.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
