Keckley (De Soto, Missouri), born in Keyser, West Virginia, who passed away on November 6, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl E. Keckley and Virginia J. Keckley; and his children, David E. Keckley and Carla Jane Keckley. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Keckley; his children, Ronald Keckley (Cindy), Karin Keckley and De Soto; his grandsons, David P. Keckley, Nolan Keckley and Cody Westover; his great grandchild David S. Keckley; his siblings, Mary Miller, Linda Pettibone, Dorothy Elkins and William S. Keckley; and his daughter-in-law Kathy Keckley.
