It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Camilla J. Carter (De Soto, Missouri), who passed away on January 31, 2022, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hartford and Mildred Sara Hooss; and her brother John T. Hooss. She is survived by: her children, Shannon Quiroz (Rolando) of Hillsboro, MO, Ryan Carter of Hillsboro, MO and Tevin "Tev" Rollins of Los Angeles, CA; and her grandchildren, Roman Quiroz, Rey Quiroz, Derrick Lupien and Faith Lupien.
