With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Brenda Sue Harris (De Soto, Missouri), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 27, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Loyd William Leanard and Gladys M. Smith (Story); her husband Albert Dale Harris; and her sister Marjorie Sansone. She is survived by: her children, Loyd Harris (Terri) of Pacific, MO, Gregory Harris (Tanya) of Mabank, TX and Krista Sander (Russell) of De Soto, MO.; her grandchildren, Aleatha Harris, Alex Sander (Carrie), Andy Sander, Mallory DuBois (Stefan), Natalie Harris, Gregory Harris Jr., Anita Hansel (Derek) and Madison Brown (Nathan); her great grandchildren, Tyler, Lydia Harris, Michaela, Emily Sander, Bella Gomez-Harris, Oliver, Lorelai Hansel, Liam Harris, Cooper, Hazel Dubois, Ryder Richards, Marshall and Rush Brown; her stepgrandchildren, William Chase, Meaghan, Bridget Angus, Shannon, Steven, David, Joshua, Jedediah and Leighanna; and her siblings, Deborah (Steve), Baker of Chaffee, MO and Michael Story of St. Louis, MO.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the De Soto Community Center (400 Boyd St, De Soto, MO 63020).
