He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Heiple and Helen Heiple; his siblings, Joyce Heiple, Shirley Adams, Judy Reeves, Bob Heiple, Hobert Heiple, Mickey Heiple and Larry Heiple; his niece Beverly Adams; and his nephews, Jody Heiple, Ricky Heiple and Kenneth Adams.
He is survived by: his brothers, Don Heiple (Monica) and Dellwood (Eddie Heiple); his nieces and nephews, Danny Heiple, Candy Heiple, Deanne Pritz, Dean Harris (Jessica), Park Hills, Rhonda Meshell (Andrew), Matthew Heiple, Stephanie Mersinger, Bridgette Reich, Don Heiple, Scott Heiple, Maggie Heiple and Jodi Heiple; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Bryan Heiple-Cape, James Campbell, Lauren Campbell, Brooklyn Pritz and Brylee Mallory.
