She was predeceased by: her parents, William Johnson and Artie Johnson; her husband Alfred Patrick O'Toole; her children, Patrick Wayne and Vickey Hoeltzle; and her siblings, Ruby Driesel, Freida Johnson, Arthur, Kenneth, Bobby and James Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Karen J. Garrett, De Soto, Michael O'Toole (Robin) and Mark O'Toole (Stacey). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren.
