He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Ellis and Estelle Ellis (Jenkins). He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Ellis (Smiley); his children, Christi Jung and John Ellis; and his grandchildren, Alyssa Edmundson (Rodney) and David Jung.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home (220 N Main St, De Soto, MO 63020). A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
