She was predeceased by: her parents, Anzel Lewis and Della Lewis; her husbands, John Caldwell, George Martin Asher and James Leon Parker; her granddaughter Shaylin Leedean Wiseman; her siblings, Beva "June" Zdvihal and Monte Lewis; and her stepdaughter Debbie Cochran.
She is survived by: her sons, Eugene Lewis Caldwell and Shawn David Caldwell (Karen); her stepgrandsons, Patrick Lester and James Cochran; her stepchildren, Paula Lester and David Asher; her cousin Naomi Roberta Isriggs; and her friend Linda Fear. She is also survived by her three children, their spouses in love with eight loving grandchildren.
