She is survived by: her husband Virgil Bettorf; her daughter Samantha Smith of Alton, IL; her stepchildren, Justin Bettorf of New Castle, WY and Lydia Olson (Josh) of Hamel, IL; her grandsons, Hunter and Alex; her siblings, Roxanne Sickmeier (Glenn), Justine "Dusty" Ulrich (Rick) of East Alton, IL, Mike Koenig (Cathy) and Gary Anderson; and her sister-in-law Nicole Anderson.
She was also president of her own charity C.D.D.B. (Compassion, Devotion, Dignaty, Benevolence).
