He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Eisen and Anita Eisen. He is survived by: his wife Nancy J. Eisen; his children, Lori Henderson, Linda Noelke (Ron), Vicki Eads (Matt) and Tori Eisen (TJ Smith); his grandchildren, Cole Henderson, Jeremy Eads, Tewsdae Sadler (Cody), Dalton, Ella, Charli Eads and Peyton Smith; his great grandchildren, Aurora and Tatum Sadler; and his brothers, Irvin Eisen (Alicia Gonzalez) and Charles Eisen (Mitzi).
