We bid farewell to Grace Jones of Dawn, Missouri, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 21, 2025 at the age of 80. Grace touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Ross and Lola Ross (Colter); her husband Tommy Eugene Jones; her siblings, Bill Ross (Ruth) and June Brown (Dean); and her brother-in-law Larry Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa, Bob Heater, Troy, Cindy Jones, Tena, Brian Eggers, Tina, Todd, Christine Jones, Dawn, Tony Jones and Tiffany Minard; her grandchildren, Rebekah, Dakota Seymour, Karah Heater, Jacob Jones, Emily Westlove, Michael Jones, Katie, Blaine Martin, Alison, Dakota McCormick, Marcie, Randy Endicott, Tanner Jones, Sam McDonald, Tucker, Alicia Jones, Tori Jones, Turner Jones, Carly and Emily Minard; her great grandchildren, Tyne, Clay Martin, Thea Jones, Izzabelle Seymour and Quinlynn McCormick; and her sister Joan Williams. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home (3141 Washington St, Chillicothe, MO 64601). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Liberty United Methodist Church (19993 Hwy Z, Chillicothe, MO 64601).
In lieu of flowers, memorials in honor of Gracie Jones can be made out to Livingston County 4-H Foundation, Liberty United Methodist Church or Blue Mound Cowboy Church.
