It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Lee Garland of Darlington, Missouri, who passed away on December 13, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Velmer and Charlotte. He is survived by: his wife Jerri (Carlock); his son Justin (Samantha) of Albany; his brother Steve of Maryland; and his mother-in-law Barbara Carlock (Clariyle Cossins). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews.
